We are friendly, accessible and hardworking artists who are fortunate enough to do what we love. And one of the things we really love is to work with you to create an absolutely incredible environment within which to receive, entertain and feed (top of our list) family and friends. You may have noticed our name has changed. We used to be Ronchietto Restorations – too confusing – people thought we stripped and repaired furniture instead of created it (yes, from scratch).

We have recently gone through a name change. We dropped the "Restorations" too confusing, etc. scratch). We deliberated, tossed and turned, racked our brains over using "just" Ronchietto. Finally, our dear friend, Robert, convinced us with the following points.

"On Ronchietto, I am TOTALLY convinced that just ronchietto is the way to go. Maybe you hear the name all the time and tire of it but I woudn’t say it was at all unrthymic or jilted.

When I see RONCHIETTO I think ROTHSCHILDS, CHANEL, CARTIER, CHIPPENDALE, CANELLETTO, STRAVINSKY, BEETHOVEN, VALENTINO, VERSACE. I think it is, in part, a confidence thing. Imagine Cartier Associates, or Chanel Limited, or Beethoven and Company. They stop sounding special and just sound lik PR firms or detective agencies.

It is also about the cult of the individual. You need to see your pieces as art not just furniture. Even if you don’t use the word "art" directly. Ronchietto Restorations or even Ronchietto Fine Furniture falls short of this vision. RONCHIETTO doesn’t stop you expanding the business or Gigi from stepping back from it at any point. Chanel goes on without Coco and even Versace without Gianni – though their legacy is still evident which shows how strong the personality "thang" is. Despite Andy Warhol’s best efforts people still want to associate art with one person. Even if that person is more of a myth than a reality."

So, we proudly present, ta da da, RONCHIETTO - confident, real, art that acts as furniture you will want in your life forever.
