We have recently gone through a name change. We dropped the "Restorations" too confusing, etc. We deliberated, tossed and turned, racked our brains over using "just" Ronchietto. Finally, our dear friend, Robert, convinced us with the following points.
"On Ronchietto, I am TOTALLY convinced that just ronchietto is the way to go. Maybe you hear the name all the time and tire of it but I woudn’t say it was at all
